Editing Psychic Energy

Psychic Energy is a projection of will onto [[The Dark]]. The Magi Arandashur, in one of the few surviving tablets describing his work, wrote an allegory describing such forces: "The fire of knowledge burns... (it) warms the (cave)... (it) protects the dwellers from the cold... (however it) casts shadows on the (walls)... shadows like the dark... attract their own". This force attracts beings from [[The Dark]] and according to ancient sources they seek it out because it is similar to them. As such, other seekers have seen this energy not as a projection cast by knowledge but one that is cast by will itself. The Gnostic text, presumed to have been written by Jeremiah Ibn Hamza, describes the training of the will through mystic rituals to increase the shadow and even challenge beings from [[The Dark]] itself.
