Those that glow in the Dark. An earthly clique of seekers directed by a worldly government yet independent in action enough to hide and obsfurcate their dealings with the Others. They simultaneously advocate for the interests of their worldly patron the USA and their own. However if they ever come to conflict, this cult Weill airways order its own interests.
Those that glow in the Dark, or more commonly shortened to "Glowies" (a phrase created by King Terry), may attribute their membership to the organization yet not even be aware of its activities in otherworldly plains. Non-seekers may carry out operations related to the cult yet remain wholly unaware of its hidden goals.
The organization's clandestine operations within the Dark have evolved since its first inception following the Aryan Kult's partial absorption to its ranks. It has developed its own theory of governance in the Dark, made pacts with lesser beings and even recruited a handful to their ranks. It boasts a robust interrogation and surveillance apparatus.
The CIA's Remote Viewing program manages to be recognized by the Elder Cults, albeit treated with revulsion and derided as primitive. Remote Viewers open their Third eye and see through the Dark what is unknown to them otherwise.
Mind Divers, or colloquially known as Dream Surfers , connect to target's disembodied subconsciousness and attempt to gather intelligence on them through their repressed urges and drama.
Where the capability came from
The entry above records that the organisation's operations in the Dark evolved following the Aryan Kult's partial absorption into its ranks. Operation Paperclip sets out what that absorption actually consisted of, what was bought, and the reason every programme downstream of it carries a founding doubt: for the two decades in which the threat was defined, the men reporting on the enemy's capability and the men constituting the response to it were substantially the same men. astroturf
Remote Viewing and Mind Divers both sit downstream of that. This wiki treats both as established practices and records that neither has ever been shown to have been answering anything. contested
