Those that glow in the Dark. An earthly clique of seekers directed by a worldly government yet independent in action enough to hide and obsfurcate their dealings with the Others. They simultaneously advocate for the interests of their worldly patron the USA and their own. However if they ever come to conflict, this cult Weill airways order its own interests.
Those that glow in the Dark, or more commonly shortened to "Glowies" (a phrase created by King Terry), may attribute their membership to the organization yet not even be aware of its activities in otherworldly plains. Non-seekers may carry out operations related to the cult yet remain wholly unaware of its hidden goals.
