The older sections of this wiki describe what lives in The Dark and what it does to individual people. This section describes what happens when the same forces are applied to populations by organisations that can afford to be patient. It is the newest part of the bible and the least settled.
Four claims hold the section together, and a recruit should be able to state all four:
- What Others inhabit is not the world but the picture of the world carried around in people's heads. That picture is terrain. — Public Opinion
- Things can be grown in that terrain on purpose, and a thing grown there climbs: copy, to phantom, to will, to god. — Meme Wars
- Doing this deliberately, at the scale of a population, is warfare, and its defining property is that you cannot prove it happened. — Fifth Generational Warfare
