Those that glow in the Dark. An earthly clique of seekers directed by a worldly government yet independent in action enough to hide and obsfurcate their dealings with the Others. Those that glow in the Dark, or more commonly shortened to "Glowies", may attribute their membership to the organization yet not even be aware of its activities in otherworldly plains. The organization's clandestine operations within the Dark have evolved since its first inception following the Aryan Kult's partial absorption to its ranks. It has developed its own theory of governance in the Dark, made pacts with lesser beings and even recruited a handful to their ranks. It boasts a robust interrogation and surveillance apparatus. CIA's remote viewing program manages to be recognized by the Elder Cults, albeit treated with revulsion and derided as primitive. Remote Viewers, or colloquially known as Dream Surfers, lose themselves in the Dark and gleam information through targets' inner repressed desires. Mind Divers connect to target's disembodied consciousness and trail its thought train to pinpoint the target's location in the material realm.
