Mind Shredding

A condition of the physical brain caused by intense exposure to clandestine weapons. Such an effect can be achieved by constant exposure to devastating artillery fire. Other methods pose a more urgent threat as it can target unsuspecting key figures outside of military theatres.

Mind Shredding is a form of physical abuse to the fatty brain tissue which greatly weakens and exposes the victim to attacks from the Dark. The weakening of the mind through intense PTSD and physical harm brings even the strongest seekers to their knees. This situation is not known to be reversible and such injuries constitute a seeker's resignment from cult life.
